One of the many classics that will never go out of style. Our classic chocolate ganache recipe is where it all started out. Heavy cream is heated up and poured on top of melted dark chocolate. This duo is thoroughly combined until the mixture has achieved it’s desired result. Dark chocolate shells are then hand piped with this truffle filling and capped off for your enjoyment. Close your eyes and take a bite. You’ll be easily reminded why sometimes less is actually more.
